Instructors

Master Watkins and Master Yang have a combined 65 years of experience in Martial Arts. Both have competed and refereed in tournaments, as well as instructed and attended various seminars.

The goal is to promote the benefits of Martial Arts as a way of life, a means of self-defense, and an avenue towards mental and physical fitness.
